Mixed Media for a Friend

I made this Mixed Media Canvas for a Dear Friend of the family.
- I start with a blank canvas.
- I use Mod Podge to glue and seal the canvas.
- Rub-ons
- Acrylic Paint
- Bubble Rap
Believe it or not..these are very simple to create.
I originally seen this Mixed Media Art on Christy Tomlinson website.  She has what is called she art.  I was so fascinated with her creativity.  I thought what the heck, I want to try.  The same day after seeing this wonderful art, I was at Michael's collecting some supplies to try.  Well I am in love with it.  I have giving them as gifts and am in the process of trying to sell them.  People love them..who can blame them..they are fun and great wall art.  I would love it if someone gave me one.  I have a wall in my craft-room filled with them.

    I love this! I was just looking at my bubble wrap last night and thinking...how can that be used? Great gift! ;)

    The butterfly image is beautiful! And bubble wrap? Who-da thunk it :) These are fabulous..I'm sure they will sell like hotcakes! Thanks for sharing this link...and a great idea..bubble wrap isn't just for packing and tap dancing on anymore.
