Tuesday Trigger Cosmopolitan Neopolitan Challenge

I love Neapolitan Ice Cream...
This reminds me when I was a kid, on my birthday my mom used to buy this kind of ice cream.  So I made a Birthday Card.

    So so cute! I love how you layered the patterned paper, and the polka dots on the brown really pop.
