Happy Thursday everyone.. yes today is Thursday as my husband tells me. I thought it was Wednesday. LOL my husband just laughs at me when I do not know what day it is. I blame that on being a house wife all the days just mix together right? OR is it just me? LOL
Well I managed to make a card today. I know with my busy schedule and all. haha.. You know I just do not feel as crafty as I used to. I think with all the stuff we have had going on this year it just changed it a little. But I hope to get back into things now that all is starting to get back to normal. I told my husband we need a GOOD vacation to refresh our minds.
Well now to the card. I am sure you all want to know about these cuties. So lets start with the background first. I was creating an alcohol background and adding the blending solution and it was really wet so I put a piece of regular card-stock to absorb it and this cool background transferred. So now I have two cool background to work with. I love how this came out. I did not plan it just wanted to absorb all the blending solution I had put on the alcohol inks. Yay me.. I love when accidents like this happen.
The stamps are from Neat & Tangled: Beach Day. (i adore this set). How cute are these little guys? Totally fun to color too. I added little dimension and that is all people. I know easy right? Oh yeah I cut them out with my Brother Scan N Cut machine.. Do you have one yet? I know they are a lot but just think of the money you will save in the long run getting all the matching dies. It has already paid off for me.
Well I have rambled enough today.
Have a wonderful and blessed day.
Thanks for stopping by.
