YAY! Today is the Taylored Expression Christmas release.
This release is big and full of Christmas fun so lets get started...
I stamped out the On the Block Merry 4 times and die cut with the coordinating die set. Next I stamped out the new On repeat Christmas on 4 different piece of TE colored card-stock and die cut with the coordinating die set. I set all those aside so I could create the background for my card. I used the new Mini Slim Candy Cane Stripes stencil with the same colors I stamped out the On the Block Merry sentiment and I also added some Copic opaque to give the snow look. I blended the colors directly onto my card base. To finish the card I added all the stamped out On the Block Merry sentiments in the center of the card and added the sentiment Christmas on the top and bottom rotating the colors.

I stamped out the evergreens four times and die cut with the coordinating die set. I knew exactly what I wanted to create when I seen this set. I wanted a card full of evergreens. I used foam tape to layer and give dimension. I splattered with a little Copic opaque to give the snow effect. Before I added the trees to my card base I used some more of that new pretty TE card-stock. I cut a wide strip and added to the top of my card base. The layered trees fit perfectly and I finished with this beautiful sentiment from the new Beautiful Baubles add-on stamp set.

The Beautiful Baubles Layering stencil comes with three stencils that are so easy to layer and add the colors that you love to create beautiful cards. I also used the Beautiful Baubles add-on stamp set for the sentiment and all the extra little detail that I added to this card. Before adding it to my card base I trimmed a few strips of the new TE Glitter card-stock for the top and bottom of my card. Glitter card-stock always makes for a pretty Christmas card. The sentiment was heat embossed on some TE vellum and added directly on the card.

Just when you thought I was done I have another.... This is the Tag Team Christmas set that is also new. I is part of the Tag Team collection. I am showing you two ways to use this set. I stamped out these fun patterns for the bottom of my card and added a little bit of colored twine. I wanted all the color to pull together with the sentiment so I used the matching card-stock by cutting strips and adhering to a separate piece of card-stock so that I could die cut the On the Block Merry Shadow die. Finishing up with stamping this sentiment from the Tag Team Christmas stamp set.

ReplyDeleteWow Annette, these are amazing!
ReplyDeleteGoodness, you've been on a card making spree! They are all lovely, but my favorites are the one with the berries and the one with the ornaments. Keep up the good and vigorous crafting.
