Happy Tuesday everyone and welcome to another fun release from Taylored Expressions.
Today is the St. Patrick's Mini Release and it is loaded with cuteness.
First up we have the new Lucky Leprechaun cling and clear combo. I stamped this cute background some of TE Toffee card-stock and trimmed to measure an A2 card. This stamp set comes with the fill in's for the face and hat all you have to do is ink them up with TE inks. You can go wild with color or keep it traditional.
Next I used the Lucky Leprechaun stencil that fits perfectly between the Leprechaun heads. I used my very handy TE Blender Brushes with TE inks and before I took off the stencil I added a little bit of Copic opaque. I adhered the stamped background to my card base and set aside.
I next die cut one of the TE Tag Stacklets 2 tags on some TE Granny Smith card-stock and some TE Vellum. I adhered the vellum to to the card-stock and wrapped some burlap string on top and bottom. I stamped the Lucky Leprechaun background again and die cut one of the heads using the coordinating die set and adhered to my tag using foam tape. I repeated the same steps for die cutting the Little Bits Shamrocks dies and adhered to my tag. Finishing up with stamping out the Mini Strips St. Patricks Day and die cutting with the coordinating Mini Strips die and adhered to my tag. Adhered the tag to the center of the card using foam tape for dimension.
Next up we have the new Shamrocks & Stencil combo. I stamped the background first with TE Oreo ink and then lined up my stencil and pulled out all the green TE inks and blender brushes and started blending. I did not have a set plan I just added green here and there and mixed it all up. I love how the stencil is so easy to line up with the guide that is printed on the stencil.
I know I need something shinning on my card so I used TE Glitter card-stock with the new Cap it off Alpha dies. I had to die cut twice so I could mix the glitter card-stock. I left out the A so I could use one of the Little Bits Shamrocks that I die cut from the first card. I adhered the HAPPY sentiment using liquid glue except for the shamrock I used foam tape for some dimension.
Finishing up with stamping the Mini Strips St. Patrick's day and die cutting with the coordinating Mini Strips die. Lots of sentiments to choose from. I just love the entire collection.
