Dear Mom...

This weekend I was in a crafty mood, so I created this Taylored Expressions Dear Mom card. This is one of the newer sets released and I paired it up with the Freebie Stencil (Mixed Blooms) you get for the month of April when you spend $100 or more and the Mini Strips You're the Best stamp and coordinating die. 

I first inked up this Mixed Blooms stencil with my Bitty Blender Brushes and TE Premium inks Watermelon, Plum Punch and Key Lime. I cut a piece of TE Vellum and heat embossed the Dear Mom stamp set and adhered it to the top of my stenciled background. I added a few Drip Drops for a little shine. 

I cut the base of my card to be slightly bigger then my designed background so I could add some Watermelon cardstock behind it. Finshing up with heat embossing the Simple Strips You're the Best on some watermelon card-stock and die cutting with the coordinating dies. 

Simple and sweet.
