Hello Floral...

Happy Wednesday blog friends... Today I am on the ScrapboookPal blog HERE. I am getting crafty with the new Catherine Pooler Fresh Picked Floral stamp set. I am all about the florals right now. I think that Spring really has influenced me.

Create card from card-stock (A2). I adhered a piece of misc. designer paper to my card base and set aside until I was ready to create this colorful floral scene.  I then stamped out all of the images from the Catherine Pooler Fresh Picked Florals stamp set.  I used Catherine Pooler inks from the Party Collections Carnival, Life of the Party and Spring Fling. I love how vibrant these inks are.

Now that all the images are stamped out, it is now time to die cut them all out with the coordinating Fresh Picked Floral dies.

I took all those pretty florals and started to created this card filled floral card. I used some foam tape and some liquid glue. Depends where I needed the dept. When layering you will need foam tape so it looks more dimensional.  Finishing up with stamping and heat embossing this Hello sentiment from the Concord & 9th: Lovebirds stamp set. I stamped on black card-stock and heat embossed with white embossing powder. I fussy cut around the sentiment and added it to the card using foam tape.

  1. Pretty card! I like that you left some of the foliage uncolored!
