YAY! it is Friday... who's ready for the weekend? I am so ready, I do not have anything planned just ready for the weekend. It think it is just exciting to know it is Saturday and Sunday. We are trying a new Church this weekend, so I am excited for that.
So today I am inking up some of the new Pink & Main. I missed out on a few projects last month because of my move and I was super excited to ink up this new stencil..
I started with the Poinsettia stencil. I stenciled directly onto my card base. This is actually one stencil with the three images on it to stencil. Very easy to line up and I have to say very quick. You could ink up a lot of your Christmas cards with this lovely stencil.
As you can see I added a little pit of Copic Opaque on the flower. I left the stencil in place and sprinkled the opaque, then lifted the stencil and let dry. I then added a strip of the EZ Tear Tape and added some of Pink & Main Emerald Super Fine Glitter. This is such an easy technique. A little messy but easy.
Finishing up with this sentiment. I stamped one of the Winter Cardinals sentiments and die cut it using the coordinating dies. I added it to the card using foam adhesives.
Tada... another Christmas card. I am in the mood for Christmas and well that is your warning that my blog will be filled with Christmas everything. I might throw in a few Halloween projects. You will just have to stop by again to see. LOL
