Happy Memorial weekend everyone. We are so blessed to have a military who has and will fight for our county and for those who have lost their lives protecting us, forever grateful to them all. It is wonderful to be an American.
Today I am celebrating with this card that I created using...
- Taylored Expressions: Starstruck Stamp/Stencil/Clear combo
- Taylored Expressions: Building Blocks Brave Additions stamp/die
- Pink & Main: Stitched Stars dies
- Taylored Expressions: Red Glitter Drops
Created card from white cardstock A2 size.
Stamp the Starstuck rubber stamp directly onto the card base using one of your favorite blue inks.
Stencil the Startstuck stencils directly onto the card base using red and teal. The stencils line up perfectly with the stamped image so make sure to line up before adding your ink.
Die cut this fun Stitched Pink & Main star on vellum and adhere to the card using foam tape. Make sure to only add the foam tape where you know it will not show.
Stamp the Building Blocks Brave Additions on blue cardstock using embossing ink and then heat emboss white embossing powder. Die cut using the coordinating die and pick your sentiment that you would like to have on your card.
Using foam tape add the sentiment to the center of the vellum star you added to your card.
Finishing with a few of those fun Red Glitter Drops.
I very simple card. My brain was limited as I am fighting a cold right now. Feeling much better today but not 100%.
