Fabulous Day...

Happy Sunday everyone. I did not have plans to post today but since Hurricane Hillary is here it is safe to stay home. Don't worry we are safe. The heavy rain has not arrived yet,  but it has been raining all morning. So I have been cleaning and I can happily say that my house is spotless. LOL Now I did leave plenty of time to do a little crafting and this is the result.

Today's card is created using The Stamp Market..
  • Posies & Leaves dies
  • Chevron Cover die
  • Just add Flowers stamp/dies

Create card from white cardstock A2 size.

Cut a piece of pink cardstock and adhere it to the base of your card front.

Die cut the Chevron die on white cardstock and adhere to the top of the pink background.

Die cut the Posies & Leaves many times on different colors of cardstock. I went with a blue/blue green theme for my flowers. I die cut all the pieces first and then started to piece them together.

Now time to create your scene. I did not really have a plan I just started in the right hand corner and started adhering the leaves and then the flowers. I am so glad it turned out because I really was unsure of what it was going to look like.

Stamp the sentiment on pink cardstock using Embossing ink and heat emboss white embossing powder. Die cut the sentiment using the coordinating banner included in the Just Add Flowers die set. Add some foam tape to the back of the banner and adhere it to the card.

Finishing with a little sparkle using TE silver glitter drops.

Once I had a plan, it kind of all came together. Don't you just love those little flowers? I got this set on the clearance sale that they had recently.

That is all for today.

Thank you so much for stopping by.
Have a wonderful Sunday.
