In My Thoughts...

Happy day blog friends... Today I am sharing a fall inspired Heffy Doodle card and it is a shaker card. I have been on a roll with my shaker cards. You can almost create a shaker card out of any background die that has openings.

Heffy Doodle supplies used:

Create card from white cardstock A2 size.

Cut a panel A2 size on white cardstock. Ink blend orange and yellow on the panel. You can choose any inks that you love to use for blending.

Die cut the Bonnie Burch Trees background die on kraft cardstock. Use a small blending tool and lightly blend a light brown ink on the trees.

Cut a piece of acetate A2 size and adhere it to the back of the Bonnie Burch Trees

Add some foam tape to the back of the Bonnie Burch Trees die cut. Make sure to add foam tape to the entire back, even the branches. We are creating many pockets for the sequins to shake around in.

Now add the Heffy Doodle Cherry Pie Sparkle mix in each section of the shaker. Once you have all the sequins where you want it peel the protected layer on the foam tape and adhere your blended background to it.

Adhere the shaker to your card base.

Ink blend a small space on a  piece of white cardstock. Make sure it is big enough to die cut the Mini Essentials die out.

Die cut the circle on white cardstock. Leave the die in place and ink blend the same yellow and orange. When you lift the die you will see a white border. Stamp the sentiment from the HD Cozy Kitties stamp set using black ink. Adhere this circle to the larger circle using foam tape.

Add foam tape to the back of the larger circle and add it to your shaker.

Lots of shakers coming from my blog... I am just having so much fun with them and I have lots of sequins. LOL
