Who's ready for 2024? I have to say 2023 just FLEW right by. Where does the time go. They always say life is just a blink of an eye. I can remember still being in my 20's and that really does not feel like almost 30 years ago. Dang... 50 is creeping quickly. LOL 

But we will celebrate another year of wonderful blessings. I do not normally create New Years cards but I got this freebie with purchase from Taylored Expressions and I really like it. So here you go.

Card designed using:

• Taylored Expressions: Big Cheers Cling/Clear Combo
• Taylored Expressions: Bokeh Stencil
• Pinkfresh Studio: Rocky Slope, Metropolis and Bay Leaf Ink Pads
• Pink & Main: Black Ice Embossing Powder
• Versafine Clair Nocturne Ink Pad

Create card from white cardstock A2 size.

Cut a white panel A2 size and stencil this fun Bokeh Stencil design using the colors listed above. There is three stencils in this set so it makes it easy to layer the colors. Adhere the panel to your card base.

Stamp the Big Cheers stamp on a piece of white cardstock using Embossing ink and heat emboss Pink & Main Black Ice. Fussy cut around the sentiment and add some foam tape to the back and adhere it to your fun background. 

Stamp the rest of the sentiment directly onto the background using Versafine Clair Nocturne Ink Pad. 

Finishing with some small black sequins for a little shine.
