Seas the Day...

Seas the Day blog friends... I have been spending a lot of time at the ocean, well mostly to watch the sunset. It is absolute gorgeous and well it just gives you a sense of peace. God is pretty awesome.  So this Heffy Doodle card was inspired by my life at the ocean. I know it is not a sunset but look at all these cute images.

Heffy Doodle supplies:

Create card from white cardstock A2 size.

Die cut the large die from the Showtime Frames die set on a piece of the Summer Holiday cardstock and adhere it to your card base.

Die cut the second frame from the Showtime Frames Die on white cardstock.  Ink blend only in the center of the frame using a light hand two browns. Use a light brown and then a little darker brown. Remember to blend really light. Now put some of that darker brown ink on something you can add some water to it and then pick it up with a brush so you can add some splatters. Try and keep the splatters to the center where you ink blending.

Stamp out all of your cute images from the You Go, Gull and A Little Shellfish Stamps on white cardstock using black ink. Color the images using your favorite medium and then die cut using the coordinating dies. Now it is time to create your scene. Use some foam tape here and there and on the rest of the images use liquid glue.

Stamp the sentiment directly onto your background using black ink.

Finishing with a little sparkle from the Truly Outrageous Sparkle Mix.  I picked out three of the tiny yellow sequins and adhered them to the card.

Add some foam tape to the back of your scene and adhere it to the card base.

Don't you want to go to the ocean now?

That is all for today.

Have a wonderful day.
I hope the sun is shinning where you live.
