Hello blog peoples... How about some more heart inspiration? I am trying to use all my heart stuff and well I just remembered this fun stencil from Taylored Expressions. So I got inking it up... let's get started.
Supplies used:
- Taylored Expressions: Heart of Heart Layered Stencil
- Taylored Expressions: Get the World Out Sending Hugs Stamp/Die
- Pinkfresh Studio: Begonia and Blue Jay Premium Dye Inks
Create card from white cardstock A2 size.
Cut an A2 panel on white cardstock and stencil the Heart of Heart Layered Stencil using the inks listed above. This is two stencils, so the first stencil I used Begonia ink and I left the stencil in place so I can sprinkle some pink splatters using a pink watercolor. Once it dried I moved on to the second stencil with I used Blue Jay ink. I also sprinkled a little silver watercolor while the stencil was still in place. It was hard to show off the silver in the photos, I know it looks white. You can really use any colors you like.... go wild. Make sure to let dry completely.
Stamp the Get the Word Out Sending Hugs sentiment on white cardstock using the same inks we used on the stencil. Ink up the first half with one color and stamp, then add the second color and stamp. No rules because it always comes out looking good. Die cut the sentiment using the coordinating die.
Finishing with a few silver sequins.
