Picket Fence Studios March Release...

Welcome blog friends..
Today I am so excited to be joining the March Release for Picket Fence Studios as their guest designer.
Lot's to share so let's get started.

Picket Fence Studios supplies used:

Create card from white cardstock A2 size.

Cut a panel A2 size of vellum and a panel on white cardstock.

Take the white panel and stencil this amazing new The Center Polka Dot stencil using bright inks. Adhere the stenciled panel to your card base and set a side.

Stamp out this cool new The Right Pair of Boots stamp set on white cardstock using black ink and color it using your favorite medium. I colored mine using Copic sketch markers. I fussy cut around the image and added some foam tape to the back and added it to the center of my Vellum A2 panel. Now add some adhesive to the back of the vellum but only in the places where you will not see it show through... like behind the boot. Add it to your stenciled background.

Stamp the sentiment from the The Right Pair of Boots stamp set on white cardstock using black ink and fussy cut around the sentiment. Now add some foam tape to the back and adhere it to your card.

Finishing with a few of those fun new Bee Sting Sequins here and there.

Cut a panel A2 size on white cardstock and stencil The Center Circle stencil using the Paper Glaze Luxe. Use all three colors for a color background. Make sure to let dry completely before handling. Once it is dry adhere it stenciled panel to your card base using liquid glue.

Stencil part of an A2 panel on white cardstock using the Paper Glaze Luxe and make sure to let dry completely before die cutting. Once it is completely dry you can die cut the You Are so Extra die. Center the die so the lower half is on the textured part. Die cut the You Are so Extra die two more times on just plain white cardstock and adhere those to the back of the textured die cut.

Die cut the You Are so Extra backer on black cardstock and adhere it to the rest of the sentiment. Add more foam tape to the back of your sentiment and add it to your card base.

Die cut the frame only from the Pinking Shear A2 cover Plate die set on white cardstock. Leave the die in place as it will act as a mask for the edges. Take your Pint-Size Bright Rainbows Paper Pouncers and pounce some yellow ink on the panel. You will see how fast your colors fills the space evenly with the Paper Pouncers. Remove your die and see how the edge is still white.

Stamp this beautiful flower from the new Brighter Days Gerbera Daisy stamp set on white cardstock using black ink and color the flower using your favorite medium.

Die cut the flower using the coordaitning Brighter Days Gerbera Daisy die set and add some foam tape to the back and center it onto your pretty yellow background. Don't you just love how the flowers pops?...

Stamp your sentiments from the Brighter Days Gerbera Daisy stamp set on white cardstock using black ink and die cut them out used the coordinating dies. Add some foam tape to the back and add them to your card.

Finishing with those pretty All About the Yellow Sequins here and there.

Cut a panel 4 x 5 on watercolor paper. We are going to create a simple background with the Liquid Pink Blossom Paper Splatter Watercolor and some water. Using a wet brush pick up some of the Pink Blossom and brush it on your watercolor paper until you are happy with the amount of color on your panel. With the left over color I sprinkle a little also for the darker spots on the background.

Cut a piece of misc. black and white designer paper 3 x 5 1/2 and adhere it to the lower half of your card base.

Die cut the Garen Topper Cover Plate on white cardstock. Pick some ink colors that you love and use those fun Pint-Size Bright Rainbows Paper Pouncers to add the ink to each of the branches. Once you are happy with the color sprinkle a little Copic Opaque on it and let dry completely before adhering it to your watercolor background using foam tape. You might have to trim a little on each side to fit the watercolor background.

Stamp the sentiment from the Like a Wildflower stamp set on the lower half of your image.

Add some foam tape to the back of your watercolor background and adhere it to your card base.

Thank you so much for stopping by today.

Make sure to check out the entire Picket Fence Studios release.
