Friendship...

Hello blog friends... I have a friend whom I worked with over 15 years ago and she lives in Georgia. We have been penpals ever since we left GA. I love creating her special cards and well this one is for her. She truly is a special gift. You just never know when you will form a special friendship with someone. I hope to see again one day. 

Card designed using: 

• Sizzix Bold Flowers die set
• Honey Bee Stamps: Love You, Friend stamp/dies

Create card from white cardstock A2 size.

Die cut the circular dies from the Bold Flowers die set many times on colored cardstock.  This is where I take out my colored cardstock scrap pile. No colored cardstock left behind... LOL 

On a white A2 panel adhere all those fun circles to the panel, creating a colorful background. But remember to balance it out and do not over crowd the card. I would recommend first laying out your design before you adhere anything down. Use liquid glue to adhere. 

Adhere the background panel to your card base using liquid glue.

This die set has many flowers cut I choose just one to use on my card. Die cut the flower of choice on more of that fun colored cardstock. As you can see it got real colorful and I used all scraps. Now adhere the flowers to the card using foam tape. 

Die cut the leaves on colored cardstock and adhere them to the flowers by tucking them under the flowers. 

Stamp the sentiment from the Love You, Friend stamp set on white cardstock using black ink and die cut using the coordinating dies. Adhere to the card using foam tape. 

AND... we are done.
