Never too Old...

Never too old to have a felt mobile right? Well I made this one for my crafty room and it looks fabulous hanging from my ceiling. Why not right? I mean come on it is felt hearts and clouds, what more could anyone want?

I created this using Neat & Tangled: Cloud Dies and Lawn Fawn: Outside In Sttiched Heart Stackables dies. For the base I used a cardboard lid that came on something who knows when, I am just glad that I kept it.

I wrapped the outside base with yellow twine and put some designer paper in the bottom and used some flower ribbon. The longest part was die cutting and stitching all these little cuties.

Don't you just love how fun they are?

My husband was like you could totally sell those and I was like no way. It was fun to do once or twice but not too many. LOL I hope you like it as much as I do.

Oh yeah bathroom update SO we finally finished the tile and the cabinet is in. They are coming to do the template for the countertop on Monday and we just need a cool mirror and we are done... YIPPEE. but hold on we have ONE more bathroom. send help... LOL

I was telling my husband that if a couple can make it through remodeling bathrooms they will be able to make it always. What a trail and I am happy to say we still really like (LOVE) each other.

Thanks for stopping by.
Have a wonderful week.

  3. Whoa! That's a gorgeous mobile decoration. It really is a room statement. I love the recycled box cover just as much as the colorful pillows. I know what you mean by making one is fun but repetition can make it a chore. Please continue to delight blogland with your creativity!
