Hello everyone.. welcome to my blog for another fun post. It is always a good day when you get to ink up some cute stamps. Today's card was created using My Favorite Things: Mermaid for Each Other stamp set, Make Waves stencil, Ranger Oxide inks: Cracked Pistachio and Mermaid Lagoon.
This was another simple card. I just colored the images with Copic sketch markers and cut with my Brother scan n cut machine. I created this fun subtle ocean scene on the card base. I used foam tape to give these pretty mermaids some dimension and finishing up with stamping the sentiment directly on the card base. I thought it was missing something so I added the crab at the top. To me it was just what it needed.
I hope you all have been enjoying your week. We are already half way to the weekend and can you believe it is already Aug. 14th? The months are just flying by so fast. But we just keep enjoying each day that is granted to us. Life is short and each day is truly a blessing.
