YAY, Today I am on the Evelin T Designs blog HERE and I am getting crafty with Evelin T Designs: Under The Sea: Merfriends stamp set. I love creating beach, ocean themed cards and today I did a little pop up card using one of LF dies.
I went a little wild adding more and more sea critters but I just cant help myself they are too cute. Evelin creates the cutest little images and totally fun to color.
I colored the images using Copic sketch markers and did a little fussy cutting but I kind of like to cut out my own images sometimes. I wanted my card to pop with color so I just pulled out some colors that I love and went with it.
I decided to leave the sentiment off so it can also be displayed as a frame of art which I have right now sitting on one of my selfs in my craft room. It is just too fun to give it away. Do you do that too, make a card and like it that much you just cant part with it. I will not tell you how many I have but it is a bit. LOL

ReplyDeleteThis card IS really too cute not to keep. I also find myself getting attached to some of my cards. Then I have to quickly make another one to mail away. LOL! There are a couple of cards which I did not make copies of and when they pop up on my computer slideshow I feel a little sad because I think hardly anyone saves my cards for very long. I love the colors you used on this card and they way you positioned the images is perfection. I'm glad that you are a little like me and treasure cards when they come out just right. Hugs!
