Taylored Expressions Masking Stencils Essentials Release

Today is the Taylored Expressions Masking Stencils Essentials Release.
Lots of new goodies to choose from and now available for purchase.

How about some Scalloped Squares? Yes, that is up next and it was fun to pair it up with the Square Masking stencils, Handlettered Easter stamp and coordinating die set and Cottontail Wishes stamp and die combo. I love Spring colors so this time around I went with TE Cookie Monster, Salted Water Taffy and Sprinkles premium inks. I first added the larger Scalloped Square then centering the regular Square and finishing up with the smaller Scalloped Square. The ink I did light to dark using the TE Blender Brushes. I added a little Copic opaque in the middle and let dry.

Next I stamped out the adorable Cottontail Wishes image that I colored with Copic sketch markers and die cut with the coordinating die set and adhered to my card using foam adhesives for a little dimension. Finishing up with heat embossing the Handlettered Easter sentiment using TE white embossing powder and die cutting with the coordinating die set and adhering to my card using liquid glue.

I have the new TE Scalloped Ovals Stencil that I paired up with the Masking Stencils Ovals, Beautiful Blossoms and Handlettered Love Stamp and coordinating die sets. For the background I first used the Scalloped Oval and TE Watermelon ink pad with the very awesome TE Blender Brushes. I went a little light with the ink and I was going for a soft look. This will leave a white Scalloped Oval in the middle when you take the stencil off. Next I used the Oval stencil and used the card guide to line up so I can have a TE Cupcake oval in the center of the large Scalloped oval. Beccause I used the smaller oval it now appears to have a frame.

Now it is time to stamp and color up these pretty Beautiful Blossoms. I stamped using TE Oreo ink and colored with Copic Sketch makers and die cut using the coordinating die set. Then added to the card using some foam tape for dimension. Finishing up with stamping the sentiment using embossing ink so I can Embossing using TE Black powder and die cutting using the coordinating die set. I die cut a few more just to give a little more dimension and added to the card using liquid glue.

Now for a little Stitched Squares fun. TE now has a set of 3 Diagonal Stitched Square Stacklets. I went with a stamped background using TE Swinging By stamp set. I just love all these little critters. I colored them using Copic Sketch markers. Once it was colored I used the Stitched Squares and framed all around the stamped background and using the Square stencils I was able to add a light amount of ink to highlight those cuties.

I used the Mini Slim Trifold Squares and Diagonal Stiched Square stacklets for the sentiment. I die cut onto white card-stock and before taking off the Diagonal Die I kept it in place and blended some TE Candy Corn ink in the center. Finishing up with stamping this fun sentiment and adhering to my card base using foam adhesives.

Thanks for stopping by!
