Taylored Expressions: Mother's Day Release...

It is Tuesday and yes that means it is time for another fun Taylored Expressions release.
Time for Spring and Mother's Day is right around the corner. 

I just love floral backgrounds and today I am featuring the new Taylored Expressions: In Bloom cling/clear combo and I paired it up with the new On The Block MOM and already released On the Block Happy and Cap it Off Alphas. 

I started with stamping this pretty In Bloom background and with the clear stamps that are included I added the color using TE inks of course. I used Lavender Glaze, Watermelon, Pink Champagne, Lime Zest, Gumball and Pineapple. If you look closely you will see that I added a little white polka dots where the watermelon ink is. I used lavender Glaze and Pineapple for the On the Block MOM and HAPPY, then die cut using the coordinating die set. I die cut a few more plain mom and happy sentiments so I can use them for dimension. Just layer and glue. Finishing up with die cutting the DAY using the Cap it Off Alphas on some Pineapple and Lavender Glaze TE premium card-stock. Now it is time to add the sentiment to the card base. I used foam tape for the DAY sentiment and with the layers behind the On the Block MOM and HAPPY. they are all popping from the card. 

 

 

 

Next up we have this gorgeous new Taylored Expressions: Circle Botanical and Botanical Sentiments paired up with TE Pierced Circles cutting plate, TE white embossing powder, Silver Drip Drops, Fruit Punch and Blue Corn Premium card-stock and Mini Slim Trifold Template & Dies.I first die cut the TE Pierced Circles cutting plate on some TE Blue Corn Premium card-stock and adhered to my card base. I then heat embossed this new Circle Botanical stamp and I did a little fussy cutting so I could pop it from my card base using foam adhesives. But first I want to cut out the center using the circle dies from the Mini Slim Trifold Temple and Dies set. That is how I got the stitched circle center. I die cut the circle again on some Blue Corn and heat embossed this pretty sentiment from the new Botanical Sentiments stamp set. Time to put the card together. I used lots of foam tape for dimension and I need more shine so I added a few TE Silver Drip Drops here and there. Totally simple to create.
