Floral Thanks...

Happy Wednesday blog friends. Today I am on the ScrapbookPal blog and I have created this card using goodies from the ScrapbookPal.com website.

Supplies:

This card is all about die cutting and no stamping so get out your die cutting machine and let’s get started. I started with die cutting all the flowers out from the new Altenew: Craft A Flower Carolina Allspice Layering die set. I went with Pinks, Reds and Oranges for my color theme. There are six dies for each flower. Each die cut layers over the other. Really easy to glue together. I used Bearly Art Precision Craft Glue.

Once I have all three flowers glued together I set them aside so I can create the leaves.

Now time to die cut the leaves out. The leaves require three colors of green. I choose my colors, die cut them out three times as a set and adhered them together using Bearly Art Precision Craft Glue. Now that I have the flowers and leaves created we can focus on the background.

I used the Altenew: Grid Cover Die. I chose two of each of the flower colors and die cut the Grid Cover out of them. So I die cut the Grid 6 times and saved all of the little squares. I also die cut the Grid Cover die on a piece of kraft card-stock.

I adhered the kraft Grid Cover to my card base (A2) and then I counted the lines and divided it by 6 so I knew how many lines of each color to add to the card. It is an odd number so one color has 4 lines and the rest of the colors have 5 lines.

I adhered the flowers to the card base using 3L Scrapbook Adhesives 3D Foam Squares, so that they flowers had a little more dimension. I then added the leaves also using 3L Scrapbook Adhesives 3D Foam Squares.

Finishing with die cutting the sentiment that is also included in the Altenew: Craft A Flower Carolina Allspice Layering die set. I die cut the sentiment three times and adhered together using Bearly Art Precision Craft Glue and then adding to my card.

That is all for today. I hope that you enjoyed my card. It did take a while to create but now that I am done it was so worth it.

That is all for today.
I hope that you enjoyed my card today. I have to admit it is one of my favorites that I have made.
Have a wonderful day.
