Sending Love...

Happy Saturday. It has been HOT here in So Cal. but thank God it is starting to cool off today. It is our work in the yard day. You know mow the lawn, maybe pick a weed or two. Those weeds just never stop. But I do love all the flowers blooming right now. My yard is so colorful and full of bees pollinating the flowers. YAY! for spring.

Well let's get to this card that I created. I used a retired set from Concord & 9th called Painted Rose stamp set. The inks are also Concord & 9th.. Midnight, Oceanside, Honeysuckle and Aqua Sky. I won a gift card to there store and I got these inks and the colored card-stock you see behind my image called Oceanside. Matches the ink.

This card is simple simple.. the stamp set does all the hard work. This is a layering stamp set. The hardest part is picking the colors. I did sprinkle a little Copic Opaque and some of the ink colors to fill my white background a little bit more. Plus I just love the sprinkle of color.

Finishing up with stamping the sentiment that is also in this stamp set. Don't you just love that script?

See.... totally simple and I don't know if you can still find this set but if you can maybe it is on sale. A big rose stamp set is good to have because it fills the card and makes for easy cardmaking.

Keeping it short today.

Have a wonderful weekend.

Thank you for stopping by.
