Hooray...

Hello hello blog friends... Today I am on the Ink Blog Shop blog HERE and I am sharing a card that has a lot to say. To me this is a card you send someone just because. For sure to bring a smile. I created this card using Ink Blot Shop…
Stencils are so universal and always fun to ink up, so let’s get started.

I started with cutting my card base on white cardstock. I always fold my cards using a bone folder so I get a clean straight fold. This card is measured at 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.

I started with the Superhero Burst stencils and various inks. At first I was going to fill the card with these cool Superhero Burst but after inking up the first three I knew exactly where I was going with the design of this card. Don’t you just love when it all comes together like that?

Now using the Pixel Grid stencil only at the lower half I added the design using the same color combo.

The background is ready for those fun sentiments. I wanted it to be wild and fun and well I think I succeeded. What do you think?

I then stamped this adorable Winging It image and colored using Copic Sketch markers R81, Y32, Y35, E42, E41 and B01. I fussy cut the image and added it to my card using foam adhesives.

Finishing up with a little bling. I added three Ocean Breeze Jewels. This card perfectly matches up with the colorful and fun Rainbow Splatter Paint envelopes.

This card was very simple to create and I got to use multiple sets from the Ink Blot Shop collection.

Thanks for stopping by.
Have a colorful and fun day.

  2. I really LOVE this card! It has such pretty colors and a super interesting layout. I just got some new Whimsey bee stamps and you've really given me some great ideas...if only I had more time....I already feel the pressure of autumn and winter projects.
