Happy Monday... I have gone floral again and this time I went down the Mother's Day trail. With the way the months are flying by Mother's Day will be here before we know it.
Today's card was created using...
- Sizzix: Layered Summer Flowers Thinlits Dies
- Lil'inker Designs: (sorry don't have the name of this background die)
- Ranger: Alcohol Inks
- Taylored Expressions: Mini Strips You're the Best stamp/die
Create card from cardstock A2 size.
Use a piece of Alcohol Ink paper, create a colorful background using your choice of bright colored Alcohol inks. Make sure to let dry completely before adhere to the top.
Die cut the Lil'inker Designs die on white cardstock and adhere to the top of the Alcohol ink background using foam tape. Now take that background and adhere it to your card base using liquid glue.
Die cut the Sizzix Layered Summer Flowers on colored cardstock. I used colors that were in my background. I die cut enough for three flowers.
Using foam tape adhere the flowers to the colorful background.
Die cut two of the leaves and adhere them to the card.
Heat emboss the TE sentiment using white embossing powder and colored cardstock. Die cut using the coordinating Mini Strips dies. Adhere to the card using foam tape.
A colorful card for a special day... I will save this for my mom when Mother's Day comes around.
