HOORAY! for Friday. Welcome blog friends. Today I am doing more weird things but hay, that's what I do. Today I am using up some of those fun patterned paper scraps, so let's get started...
Card designed using....
- Neat & Tangled: Hooray Word dies
- Lawn Fawn: Critter Concert stamp set
- Lots of fun scraps of designer paper
Create card from white cardstock A2 size.
Take those designer scraps and cut 1/2 x 1/2 squares. Cut until your heart is content. Now adhere those squares to your card, start in the left hand corner. Don't worry if they are not totally lined up, or if you are one of those people, I say go for it. That is what makes us all unique. I did half of the card front.
I cut another strip of black and white designer paper and added it to the bottom of the square design.
Die cut the HOORAY sentiment on black card stock and the backer on white. Adhere them together and then add foam tape to the back and stick it to your card.
Stamp the rest of your sentiment from the LF Critter Concert stamp set on yellow cardstock. Trim down and add some foam tape to the back and adhere to the card.
Finishing with more of that fun black and white designer paper. Add a strip to the bottom and you are done...
YES, we did it. What do you think? It is a little wild design but I am really loving it and I got to use some of those small pieces of designer paper that I loved and kept for something. I like to say to think outside the box and let your crafty drive you.
Thank you so much for stopping by.
Have a fantastic Friday!
Make sure to stop by again tomorrow for a fun Pink & Main post..
